Growing Affordable Portland (GAP) is the 501(c)(3) arm of Portland: Neighbors Welcome and aligns to build grassroots advocacy for policy reform to promote housing abundance, advance equitable housing policies, and empower communities through education, outreach, and strategic partnerships.

Growing Affordable Portland’s work does not engage in any political activity on behalf of or in opposition to candidates for political office. Both organizations share staff but have distinct boards and governance.
